What you can dowith the data.
The main terms every delivery carries. This page summarises them; the licence text sent with each order governs.
01 / Main terms
The licence in six lines.
Who may use it
People in your organisation, and advisers working for you on the same matter.
What you may do
Analyse it, combine it with your own data, and show counts, charts and excerpts in your own work and in reports to your clients, with the line “Source: Sourcebrook, from CMS public records”.
What you may not do
Pass on, resell or publish the data set or large parts of it, or make it available to others inside a product or database.
As is
The data is built from public records as published, and records can be late or wrong. We test it and publish the results on the proof page, but do not promise it is complete or free of errors.
No advice
Counts of records only: no predictions, ratings or recommendations. Not investment advice.
Dates
Every count carries the publication date of its source file. Refreshed files are delivered only when your order includes them.
