Who owns physicaltherapy, state by state.

Every Medicare billing organisation physical therapists bill through, in every state, grouped into the platforms that own them where a public source shows the tie. A therapist enrolled in two states counts once in the national totals.

Platform ties: Texas' table was built by hand; elsewhere ties are matched automatically. In 6 more states a random draw of ties and of practices with no tie found was searched by hand against a bar set before the search; a check not met is shown as not met, and its failed ties were taken out. The other 44 states have automatic checks only.
